Laying Sod

Chet is taking the sod off the pile to put on the ground.
Resting for a moment.
His little brother Tate. And Uncle Charlie whos idea of helping is standing in the background in the shade. But not too bad for what a hot day it was.

On wednesday of this past week at chets house all the boys laid sod in his parents backyard. I got the lucky privilege of being the photographer for his mom While she ran errands. It was so much fun. I sat in the shade while they were in the hot sun.
